Ms. Dervan's 4th & 5th class

  The children did some great writing today. We read a story called 'Moon Mouse'. We talked about going to space and all the things we would need to bring with us. The children did super writing and drew lovely pictures. We also created our own planets using marbling inks. The children really enjoyed this and loved mixing the various colours to create their own planets. 

We explored the theme of space this week in one of our Maths stations. The children worked really hard on their cool space creations. 

We have been learning all about Space during the month of January. We have had lots of fun reading stories, learning new facts and exploring our new theme through playful learning experiences. Below are some pictures of our Space fun!
