 We have been learning a Halloween song and wanted to share it with you! Have a lovely midterm break.

 Junior Infants had lots of fun dressing up in their Halloween costumes today. It was so cool to see all the spooky creatures around the school. 

For Maths week, the children were given a challenge to make a spooky creature. They had loads of different types of blocks and toys to choose from and created some very spooky creatures indeed!                          

It's Maths week this week and Junior Infants have been working hard at counting. We had four different maths stations in our classroom based on counting and shapes.         

 We have been learning all about Halloween this week in Aistear and it was lots of fun!            

 We are learning about Autumn this month. Thank you for sending in lovely things for our 'Nature Table'. The children are so proud of it! We are learning about Autumn through play and the children are enjoying all the different activities - exploring the sand tray full of Autumn things, constructing habitats for hibernating animals, hedgehog art, Autumn playdough activities, constructing vehicles for the farm and small world play (the farm in Autumn).
