Junior Infants are learning about the letter 's'. We learned the Jolly 's' song and had lots of fun naming 's' things. We did rainbow letters to practice writing the letter s.

Friday Fun Day

Today was Friday Fun Day! The Juniors were so excited to see their classroom transformed for the day with all the tables moved to the back of the room. We sang some Christmas songs, played musical statues, did some yoga, listened to some lovely stories, had a picnic in our classroom and had some playtime. It was lots of fun!

Halloween dress up day

We had lots of fun today for our Halloween dress up day. The children had such great costumes. They really enjoyed visiting another class to show off their costumes and loved seeing all the other costumes on the yard. We had a little Halloween dance party and lots of Halloween fun.

Our First Week in Junior Infants

We have had lots of fun the last few days in Junior Infants. We have been busy doing lots of different things. Below are some pictures of musical statues, playtime, creating in playdough and fine motor stations.
